Afytos

This is a small seaside village located on the northern side of the peninsula of Kassandra. It is famous for its traditional style and gorgeous paved alleys. The tourists are usually attracted by the local architecture of its stone-built houses. The church of Agios Dimitrios is one of the most remarkable buildings of the village, constructed in 1859 on the central square. 

Ormos Panagias

The village was named after Panagia which means Virgin Mary in Greek. This village which is one of the most beautiful ones in Halkidiki has a lovely port with many picturesque fishing boats. Some boats leave from this port for a cruise to the Holy Mountain of Athos and the island of Ammouliani.

Neos Marmaras

This is definitely one of the most cosmopolitan villages in the region. The area is famous for its beautiful beaches and a unique microclimate comprising the golden sand, eucalyptus trees and a harbor full of fish-taverns.

 Pefkohori

Here one may find one of the most beautiful beaches in Halkidiki with amazing turquoise waters. Pefkohori is a wonderful beach resort which is usually very busy during the high season. It is a perfect destination for the nature lovers who will be glad to visit the nearby beach of Pagliouri. 

Porto Koufo

The name of the village can be translated as “Deaf Port”. It used to be one of the two ports of ancient Toroni, while today it is in the list of the safest and largest natural ports in Northern Greece. The beach is small, but is truly unique because of its sand which is sparkling like gold under the shining sun.
